1:1 Mindfulness, Meditation & Yoga Class
This is a one-off class for anyone looking for a night or day of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. In this 1.5 hour session, we'll do a gentle flow, incorporating mindfulness throughout and closing with a 15-20 minute meditation. $75/session.
1:1 Mindfulness, Meditation & Yoga 6-Course Package
This course package includes yoga, meditation, mindfulness, journaling & customized at-home practice. This is for anyone looking to deepen their mindfulness or yoga practice; or anyone just wanting to get out of the mind and more connected with the body.
2-4 Person Small Group Mindfulness, Meditation & Yoga Class
This is a one-off class for a group ladies looking for a night or day of deep relaxation and rejuvenation in good company. In this 1.5 hour session, we'll do a gentle flow, incorporating mindfulness throughout and closing with a 15-20 minute meditation. Rates will vary depending on group size.
2-4 Person Small Group Mindfulness, Meditation & Yoga 6-Course Package
This course package is for people who'd like to practice together. Like the 1:1 package, it includes yoga, meditation, mindfulness, journaling & customized at-home practice.
