Retreats & Events

Retreats or events can span from 2-3 hours, to a half-day or full-day depending on your desires/needs. These events are collaborative creations where I take your vision and combine it with my various wellness offerings: education, movement, meditation, reflection, connection time with self and others, play time, create time. These are some signature pieces of my retreats and events.

Workshops range anywhere from 1-2 hours, can be done as one-offs or provided as a series (in-person or virtually). They always include a short lesson, time for audience application, discussion and physical tools participants will be able to take away in order to apply workshop learnings to their own lives. Some signature workshops include "Yoga & the Mindful Life," "Shifting from Unconscious to Conscious Living: The Secret to Staying Energized, Hopeful & Inspired," "Build Your Wellness Toolbox," and "Everything is Energy."

1:1 Reiki & Relaxation

Reiki is a simple, gentle energy healing practice. You can receive a session in person or virtually; both are felt and support healing on all levels needed: body, mind, emotions and/or spirit.  It's often like going into a deep meditation or relaxation. People who receive Reiki describe feeling like they're just on the edge of sleep, but not asleep, feeling so peaceful and relaxed. I love Reiki so much, so if this description leaves you wanting for more info, don't hesitate to reach out and learn more before booking!

1:1 Holistic Life Coaching

This program spans anywhere from 8 weeks to 1 year, depending on your individual needs. Often times, the 8 weeks will be all you need to see some radical shifting occurring in your life! Well, it's radical when you are fully committed to the process. If you're ready to invest in yourself, invest in your growth and really show up for yourself, apply for coaching below!

Birth Doula Services

Expecting within the next 3-6 months? This service offers continuous support in the preparation of your birth plan through the birth and post-partum follow-up. I believe that everyone deserves an empowering and beautiful birth experience that aligns with their own values--and that no one should ever have to go through this experience feeling anxious, alone or not knowing what to expect. If you are interested in learning techniques to connect with your peace during pregnancy, mitigate discomfort and navigate the unknowns of labor, these are some of the things we'll get to do!

1:1 Private Yoga

Private yoga is for those who wish to deepen their practice, develop a greater understanding of their body--or mind, body, spirit connection--or for those who prefer a solo practice as opposed to a group for the time being. 1:1 yoga really allows you to see greater progress in a shorter amount of time, improving strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and oxygenation throughout the body.
